1. What does the "/history" command allow a live chat operator to see during a conversation?

The complete purchase history of the customer over the last 5 years. A list of the last 15 pages the visitor has checked out on the website. The transcript of all previous chats the visitor had with other agents.

2. In the "Visitors" list within the Live Chat app, what does it mean if a visitor has a name, a photo, and email/SMS buttons?

They are a competitor trying to spy on the website. They are already in the database as an established contact or portal user. They have spent more than $1,000 on the website today.

3. How can an operator know if a specific identified visitor (like Lori) is currently browsing the website?

A smart button on their visitor record will turn green and say "Online". The operator will receive a physical phone call from Odoo. The visitor's flag icon will start to blink.
