Only to internal users within the Odoo database. On the customer-facing web portal. Only in the weekly performance reports sent to managers.
2. If a team handles sensitive information (like finance), which visibility setting is most appropriate to restrict access?
Invited internal users only. All internal users and portal users. Public visibility for all website visitors.
3. What happens when you change a ticket's team to a new team that has "Automatic Assignment" enabled?
The ticket is sent back to the customer for more information. The ticket is deleted and a new one is created for the new team. The ticket is automatically assigned to a member of the new team.
