A live operator who handles VIP customers only. A program designed to mimic human conversation using a pre-written set of questions and answers. A tool that automatically deletes tickets after 48 hours.

2. What does the "Create Ticket" step type do when a visitor interacts with the chatbot?

It sends an internal email to all team members but doesn't create a record. It funnels the conversation directly into a helpdesk ticket and adds the chat transcript to the description. It requires the visitor to pay a fee before they can talk to an operator.

3. What happens if the "Enable only if no operator" checkbox is ticked in the live chat rules?

The chatbot will only start the conversation if all human team members are offline. The chatbot will always talk first, even if operators are online. The chatbot will be disabled permanently.
