Reservation methods decide which stock units are picked (like FIFO), while removal strategies decide which orders get the stock first. Reservation methods decide which orders get available stock first, while removal strategies decide which specific stock units are used to fulfill an order. Reservation methods are only for international shipping, and removal strategies are for local deliveries.

2. What does a "Yellow Available" status mean in the product availability field when using the Manual reservation method?

The product is out of stock and you need to create a new purchase order immediately. The stock is available in the warehouse, but it has not been reserved for that specific order yet. The product is reserved, but the customer has not paid for the order yet.

3. How does the "Before Scheduled Date" method prioritize high-priority orders (marked with a star)?

It automatically increases the shipping price to ensure the product arrives faster. It prevents low-priority orders from ever being reserved until the high-priority ones are delivered.
