1. What are the two essential elements required for an automatic reordering rule to work properly in Odoo?

A product image and a set sales price. A minimum/maximum quantity rule and a default vendor assigned to the product. A barcode scanner and an active internet connection.

2. How does Odoo calculate the "Quantity to Order" when a reordering rule is triggered?

It calculates the Maximum Quantity defined in the rule minus the current Forecasted Quantity. It simply orders the Minimum Quantity every time the stock hits zero. It orders a fixed amount of 100 units to ensure a bulk discount.

3. What is the function of the "Run Scheduler" tool in the Inventory app?

It automatically pays all pending vendor bills at the end of the day. It organizes the warehouse shelves by alphabetical order. It checks updated product quantities and activates reordering rules (it runs once a day by default).
