1. What is the main purpose of "Security Lead Times" in Odoo?

To encrypt the delivery documents so that only the customer can read them. To act as buffer days that start actions earlier than usual to prevent delays. To prevent unauthorized users from changing the delivery address.

2. Where is the "Customer Lead Time" configured, and what does it represent?

On the product form (Inventory tab); it represents the total time to get the product to the customer. In the general settings; it represents the time it takes for a customer to pay their invoice. In the vendor price list; it represents the time it takes to ship a product back to the supplier.

3. If you have a "Security Lead Time for Sales" of 1 day, how does it affect the scheduled date of a delivery?

It adds one extra day to the delivery deadline to give the driver more time. It makes the customer pay a surcharge for express delivery. It pushes the scheduled preparation date to one day before the actual delivery deadline.
