1. What must a customer have in order to accumulate and track loyalty points in Odoo?

A physical credit card linked to their Odoo account. A registered account/contact in the database (either created by them on the website or by a salesperson). A special QR code sent to their mobile phone after every purchase.

2. How can a business use loyalty programs to move specific inventory (like acoustic block screens) more quickly?

By only allowing points to be spent on those specific items. By hiding other products from the website until the stock is low. By setting up conditional rules that grant "special points" or extra points specifically for those products.

3. In the "Rewards" tab of a loyalty program, what happens when you set a "Point Cost" for a discount?

It tells the customer how much money they save per point earned. It defines how many accumulated points the customer must "spend" or cash in to receive that specific reward. It automatically charges the customer's bank account for those points.
