It assigns all available leads to the salesperson with the highest performance. It assigns one lead per salesperson at a time, moving through the team list. It assigns leads only to the team leader for manual redistribution later.

2. What is the purpose of the "Domain" field within the Assignment Rules section?

To restrict which external websites can send leads to your CRM. To set specific filters (like regions or tags) to narrow down which leads are assigned to a team. To change the URL of the Odoo database for a specific sales team.

3. What happens when an email is sent to a Sales Team's specific Email Alias?

The email is automatically deleted if the sender is not an employee. A notification is sent to the team leader’s personal inbox only. An opportunity is automatically created in the kanban view and assigned to that team.
