1. What does it mean when a channel name appears in bold in the Odoo Discuss sidebar?
The channel is a private group that only managers can see. The channel has unread messages waiting for you. The channel has been archived and is no longer active.
2. If you want to join a public channel that is not currently visible in your sidebar, what should you do?
Contact the IT department to grant you special access. Click the gear icon next to "Channels" to browse the full list of public channels. Create a duplicate channel with the exact same name.
3. Which feature allows you to automatically add an entire department (like the Sales team) to a channel without inviting each person manually?
The "Public Link" generator. The "Invite User" button. The "Auto-subscribe groups" field in the channel settings.
