The company operates in a different city. The legal entity has a separate tax ID and must file independent tax returns. The company sells different types of products.
2. Which fields are considered the most important when creating a new company because they determine fiscal packages and reporting?
Company name and CEO. Website and phone number. Country and Currency.
3. What happens if you leave the "Company" field empty on a product or contact form in a multi-company database?
The record becomes available and shared across all companies in the database. Odoo automatically assigns it to the "Main Company." The record is hidden from everyone until a company is assigned.
