1. What is the main difference in the contact form when a "Person" is selected instead of a "Company"?

You can add a specific tax ID for the individual. You can associate the individual with a specific company using a dropdown menu. You can only add one phone number for the contact.

2. What happens to a contact record when you select the "Archive" option?

The record is permanently deleted from the entire database. The contact becomes inactive and disappears from the main list, but can still be found using a filter. The contact is automatically moved to the "Trash" folder for 30 days.

3. What is the recommended way to handle two records for the same person that both contain important information?

Delete the oldest record and manually copy the data to the new one. Select both records and use the "Merge" function under the Actions menu. Archive one of the records and rename the other one.
