1. Why is it better to use "Groups" instead of setting permissions for each individual user?
It is the only way to activate the developer mode in Odoo. Groups simplify management for multiple users and stay effective even if employees change. Groups automatically delete the records that haven't been edited in a month.
2. Which specific tab in the Group settings allows you to choose which apps or screens (like CRM) the users can see?
The "Menus" tab. The "API Keys" tab. The "Users" tab.
3. If a group only has "Read" access checked in the Access Rights tab, what will happen when a user tries to change a lead's probability?
The change will be saved, but only the manager will see it. Odoo will automatically assign the lead to a different salesperson. An "Access Error" message will appear, preventing the modification.
