1. How can you save a specific search configuration so it appears every time you open an app?

By clicking the "X" in the search bar. By dragging a record in Kanban view. By going to the "Favorites" menu and selecting "Save current search" as a default filter.

2. What happens to the "Salesperson" field of a record when you drag it from one column to another in the Kanban view?

The salesperson assigned to the record automatically updates to the one representing that column. The record is deleted and a new one is created. Nothing changes; it's only a visual organization.

3. In the "Activity View," what do the red and green color blocks represent?

Red means the order is cancelled; Green means it is paid. Red is for sales orders; Green is for quotations. Red indicates overdue activities; Green indicates activities due in the future.
