1. What happens to the unit price of a product in an RFQ if you have a quantity-based pricing agreement with a vendor?

The price stays the same regardless of the quantity to avoid accounting errors. Odoo automatically decreases the unit price once the quantity reaches the agreed threshold (e.g., ordering 15 instead of 1). Odoo sends a notification to the manager to manually approve the new price.

2. What is the main difference between the status "RFQ" and "Purchase Order" in Odoo?

An RFQ is for services, while a Purchase Order is only for physical goods. An RFQ is sent to internal employees, and a Purchase Order is sent to external vendors. An RFQ is a request sent to a vendor that hasn't been confirmed yet; it becomes a Purchase Order once the vendor approves it.

3. Which "Smart Button" appears at the top of the Purchase Order after it has been confirmed?

The "Receipt" smart button, which allows you to validate the arrival of the products. The "Sales Order" smart button, to link it to a customer. The "Accounting" smart button, to pay the vendor immediately.
